BWT Ultrasonic Transducer System
- The BWT ultrasonic transducer system, which implements the technology of waveguide pulse beam concentration — Bundle Waveguide Technology™ from GE Panametrics, provides accurate and stable measurements of the flow of gases and liquids in the most difficult practical tasks, without interfering with the flow of the measured medium. The BWT system uses different frequencies to measure the flow of gas and liquid. When measuring the flow of liquids, a lower frequency is used, which allows you to increase the signal power, and when measuring gas flow, a higher frequency is used, which increases the accuracy of measurements.
- Humidity sensors made of aluminum oxide were originally developed for meteorological purposes when operating in flight conditions in high layers of the atmosphere and to other planets. In this regard, sensors that have shown high technical and metrological characteristics in extreme conditions can be successfully used in technological processes. Currently, they are widely used in technological processes as industrial sensors for operational monitoring of moisture vapor content in various industries.
- VeriDri is a humidity measuring converter powered by a current loop and an output signal of 4-20 mA has a number of humidity measurement sub–ranges installed at the factory, with a total measurement range from -110 to 40 °C at the dew point temperature. It can also be used in humidity ranges from 0 to 10000 PPMv in case of operation at constant pressure. Information about the operating pressure must be provided to the manufacturer at the time of placing the order.
- Aluminum-oxide humidity sensors were originally developed for meteorological purposes when operating in flight conditions in high layers of the atmosphere and to other planets. Moisture Image Series Probe (MISP) sensors from Panametrics have been the benchmark for their technical and metrological characteristics among industrial humidity sensors for more than 25 years. Thus, MISP humidity sensors can be considered a promising development for the near future.
- Panametrics humidity sensors based on aluminum oxide have been the benchmark for their technical and metrological characteristics among industrial humidity sensors for more than 40 years. In operating conditions, the TF Series sensor is connected to the moisture meter by means of a connecting cable. Ease of use, wide measuring range and strict calibration standards make such systems the best choice for humidity measurements in the industry.
- The explosion-proof display device of the XDP model is a general-purpose display/control unit used for applications related to measuring oxygen concentration and thermal conductivity in ambient conditions corresponding to Zone 1 (Zone 1). The second part of the system is a remotely mounted sensor/primary measuring transducer, such as GE Panametrics XMO2, XMTC or O2X1.
