OxyTrak Gas Analyzer
- Stationary thermomagnetic oxygen analyzer in flue gases from GE Panametrics. Flue gas analyzers Series 300 and OxyTrak 390 are precise devices that can function for a long time, practically without requiring maintenance. The highly stable sensors used in them with a wide range of measurements are protected from corrosion and blockage by solid particles by a unique sampling system. The technical characteristics of the Series 300 and OxyTrak 390 analyzers are similar. The design of the OxyTrak 390 flue gas analyzer is IP52.
- The APX thermomagnetic oxygen gas analyzer with enhanced performance is a new addition to the GE series of such gas analyzers and measuring transducers. The APX gas analyzer provides advanced gas background compensation, which allows the use of APX in an atmosphere of hydrocarbon gases with a known or unknown composition, including vapors, flue and refinery gases.
- The FGA 300 flue gas analyzers fully pay for themselves by saving fuel. The information obtained from the analysis can be used to regulate the air supply to the burners in order to achieve the maximum degree of combustion. The use of an additional detector of combustible components to monitor the operation of the burners makes it possible to significantly increase the efficiency and safety of the technological process.
- FGA 311 is a simple and inexpensive stationary gas analyzer of oxygen in flue gases. The zirconium oxide sensor is installed directly into the chimney or the wall of the furnace. For low-temperature applications, there is a heater that allows the zirconium oxide sensing element to be maintained at a constant temperature. The FGA 311 is available in both dust- and moisture-proof and explosion-proof versions. Typical applications of FGA 311 are installations running on fuel oil, as well as municipal boilers and process furnaces running on natural gas. FGA 311 is a cost–effective solution when completing boilers and furnaces by their manufacturers.
- Measuring converter (gas analyzer) O2X1 has a two-wire connection scheme to external devices powered by a current loop and a linearized current output of 4/20 mA. The O2X1 sensor element is a galvanic fuel cell, which provides high operational characteristics of the converter, accuracy and stability, as well as a long uptime.
- The zirconium oxygen analyzer is suitable for monitoring regulated gas flows or clean and dry gas environments. It is usually used when supplying oxygen-enriched air to melting furnaces, assessing the flammability of mixed gas fuel and the oxygen component during hot bonding of plastics.
- The XMO2 converter is a compact device in a protected case that allows you to measure oxygen concentration without zero drift and with the ability to transfer data to a PC. It is ideal for use in processes for which accurate and reliable long-term measurement of oxygen levels is important.
- XMTC is a thermoconductometric gas analyzer: compact, in a robust housing, based on a microprocessor. It measures the concentration of binary gas mixtures containing hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane or helium. The device combines advanced computer signal processing with high-speed software, provides real-time error detection, as well as digital information exchange via the RS232 or RS485 interface.
