DigitalFlow GC868 Gas Flow Meter
- The DigitalFlow GC868 flow meter can be used to measure the flow rate of almost any gas. Its use is especially effective in measuring the flow of gases that cause erosion and corrosion, toxic, high-purity or sterile gases, as well as in practical tasks where the insertion of sensors into the pipe is undesirable. The absence of the need for tapping into the pipeline allows you to significantly reduce installation costs. The device has no parts in contact with the measured medium or moving components, which eliminates the need for regular maintenance. Installation of the device does not cause pressure losses in the pipeline. The GC868 flow meter has a very wide dynamic range.
- The world's only portable ultrasonic gas flow meter with overhead sensors. It is a portable version of the GC868 model with independent battery power, equipped with an additional sensor/thickness gauge. Combines all the advantages of the portable flow meter TransPort PT878 and the stationary flow meter DigitalFlow GC868. The technical specifications are similar to the GC868 model.
- The stationary ultrasonic natural gas flow meter also uses time-pulse correlation flow measurement technology and allows you to measure the actual and normalized volumetric flow rate of natural gas, as well as accurately determine the average molecular weight using a new patented calculation method. To ensure maximum accuracy, a two-channel model GN868 is used, which can be installed for a two-beam flow measurement method in one place of the pipeline. On request, the GN868 flowmeter can be supplied in a housing other than the standard NEMA-4X version. Despite the fact that the requirements for installing GN868 flowmeters in different housings are common, however, their installation and switching may differ significantly.
