Gas and steam flow meters Panametrics Sentinel, XGS868i, etc.
Sentinel ultrasonic flow meter for commercial liquid metering
- The Sentinel flow measurement system includes a multi-pass ultrasonic flow meter, a corresponding pipe strapping and a flow shaper. The system is delivered fully assembled and pre-configured. This system is specially designed for use at commercial natural gas metering units and meets or exceeds all the requirements of AGA Report No. 9. The Sentinel system uses an ultrasonic time-pulse flow measurement method.
- The GF868 flare gas mass flowmeter implements the time-pulse Correlation Transit-TimeTM measurement technology patented by Panametrics. Usually, the gas entering the flare through the corresponding pipeline system is a mixture of components from various sources. Gas consumption in such systems, as a rule, varies widely or may even be bidirectional. Pressure pulsations, variations in composition and temperature, abrupt changes in environmental parameters, as well as a large range of flow variations, further complicate these measurements.
- A universal ultrasonic flowmeter for almost any gases implements a time-pulse correlation flow measurement technology that provides accurate, drift-free measurements without interfering with the flow movement. The GM868 flow meter can be installed on pipelines or flues (round or square section) and is used to solve a number of practical problems of measuring gas flow.
- GS868 and XGS868 are ultrasonic flowmeters of the DigitalFlow flowmeter series of GE Panametrics. Both models of flowmeters are designed to measure the mass flow rate of saturated and superheated steam, as well as the volume flow rate of wet steam. They are wide-range, easy-to-install and accurate flow meters that require virtually no maintenance. The volume flow rate with simultaneous input of temperature and pressure values allows a powerful built-in computer to calculate the mass flow rate of steam.
- XGS868 is a new ultrasonic flow meter of the DigitalFlow flow meter series by Panametrics. Both single-channel and two-channel converter models are designed to measure the mass flow rate of saturated and superheated steam, as well as the volume flow rate of wet steam. The XGS868 is a wide-range, easy-to-install and accurate flow meter that requires virtually no maintenance
- The Panaflow flow meter is a fully equipped ultrasonic system for measuring the flow of gases and liquids, designed for the following applications: Liquefied natural gas, Compressed natural gas, Fuel gases, Liquid Hydrocarbons, Gaseous Hydrocarbons, Specialized gases, Water, Saturated Steam, Superheated Steam, Solutions, Weak Acids
- The DigitalFlowTM XGM868i ultrasonic flow meter is designed to measure the flow of almost any gases. The DigitalFlow XGM868i flow meter is characterized by a unique combination of properties: wide dynamic range, ease of installation, small amount of maintenance required, high measurement accuracy, reasonable cost. The XGM868i is designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, and has many of the advantages provided by other GE ultrasonic flowmeters. The XGM868i digital measuring transducer does not create pressure losses; has no moving parts or elements in which dirt accumulates; requires minimal maintenance; provides high accuracy and reliability of measurements.
